Dr Andrale D. Jeanlouis

Dr. Andrale D. Jeanlouis, a combat veteran, was born in Brooklyn, NY on January 1. She spent her formative years in Haiti, watching her beloved father on the campus of “Faculte des Science Humaine” as an educator, writer and a doyen which fueled her loved for education and writing. With her roots tracing back to the beautiful country of Haiti, her upbringing was a harmonious blend of two worlds. The values instilled by her Haitian parents, coupled with the opportunities and challenges of growing up in the U.S., shaped her worldview and ignited a passion for servant leadership, women empowerment and philanthropy. She holds a doctoral degree in Management, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Her passion for servant leadership led her to pursue advanced studies and contribute to the field through research and practical applications. She also possesses a master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, complemented by various certifications. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in areas such as public speaking, Organizational Leadership, DEI, Executive Present to name a few. Her dedication to philanthropy is reflected in her engagement with social responsibility and community initiatives. Throughout her career, Dr. Jeanlouis has excelled in areas such as public speaking, Organizational Leadership, DEI, and Executive Presentations. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, she actively mentors young girls, embodying values like integrity and perseverance. Eager to share her knowledge, Dr. Jeanlouis has ventured into the podcast world, aiming to contribute valuable insights and foster meaningful conversations within the Haitian community. Encouraging audience participation, she seeks to build a global community celebrating diversity, leadership development, and collective experiences. Outside of podcasting, Dr. Jeanlouis enjoys reading, world travel, quality time with loved ones, and attending Broadway shows. As a sports enthusiast, particularly soccer, she indulges her passion by watching Messi on the field and engaging in soccer discussions with fellow fans. With a published authorship record, she believes her podcast serves as a platform to amplify the voices of the Haitian community, sharing inspiring stories and strategies for empowerment.
